Since establishing the company in 1999, he has developed it from an engineering-driven service provider into one of the leading regulatory affairs consultancies in the German-speaking MedTech and IVD sector. The strategic decisions that define Metecon today are his. His approach to leadership is grounded in the principle of self-efficacy: he builds structures in which people grow professionally, work with autonomy, and find meaning in their work. His expertise is grounded in a degree in Biomedical Engineering from FH Gießen-Friedberg and early industry experience at Boehringer Mannheim, now Roche Diagnostics.
